We're seeking an experienced Manager, Accounting to lead site-level accounting and financial operations in a collaborative engineering and industrial worksite environment. This is a high-impact leadership role partnering directly with site leadership to drive accurate financial reporting, strong controls, and smart business decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead all accounting and financial operations for the site
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, audits, payroll, A/P, A/R, fixed assets, and cost analysis
  • Prepare P&L statements, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and state/federal regulations
  • Partner with site leadership on strategic and operational planning
  • Provide financial insights, cost-efficiency recommendations, and vendor oversight
  • Lead, coach, and develop accounting staff

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree + 7+ years of accounting experience (3+ in leadership), or
  • Master's degree + 5+ years of accounting experience (3+ in leadership)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial analysis
  • Proven leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience in mining or heavy industrial environments a plus

Work Environment

  • Onsite at an engineering/industrial location
  • Primarily office-based with some exposure to operational settings
  • May require PPE and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs)
